Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in sales or client-facing roles, who understands the basics of online marketing and is comfortable combining outbound prospecting with consultative sales conversations.
Description
Your main responsibility as a Business Development Manager will be to identify and engage potential clients who could. benefit from our services. You will prospect new customers, initiate and manage sales conversations, qualify opportunities, and transition interested leads into active accounts. Over time, the role can expand to include managing selected client accounts and working more closely with advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients through LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
Initiate conversations and present Sevio Agency in a clear and professional manner.
Qualify leads by understanding their business model, advertising goals, target markets, and budget readiness.
Build and maintain lists of potential clients to support new market or vertical expansions.
Prepare internal and client-facing materials, such as presentations highlighting common market pain points identified through client conversations
Address initial questions and common objections related to advertising and campaign setup.
Maintain an accurate record of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in internal tools.
Share insights from outreach activities, including market feedback and recurring objections.
Over time, take responsibility for selected client accounts and support campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or another client-facing role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of online advertising and digital marketing concepts.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with new contacts.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations at the same time.
Flexibile and able to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience as an Account Manager, PPC Specialist, or similar role in a media/digital agency.
Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms).
Understanding of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics.
