Sevio helps to enable a free and open internet by allowing publishers to monetize their content and advertisers to reach prospective customers with useful, relevant products and services.

Sevio reserves the right to update this Supply Policy at any time by posting the changes on its website or by providing notice through other means. By continuing to use Sevio’s Program after such changes have been posted or notice has been provided, you agree to be bound by the updated version of this Supply Policy.

With respect to ensuring compliance with the foregoing, please note that Sevio reserves the right to suspend or remove sites from the Sevio’s Program if it reasonably suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, that any of Supply Policies have been violated.

1. 1.1. To be part of Sevio's, websites should have substantial, original content that offers value to users and encourages interaction. This includes but is not limited to articles, videos, infographics, and other engaging content that keeps visitors on the site. The aim is to ensure a positive user experience and high-quality content for advertisers.

   1.2 Sevio will not allow the following categories of websites but not limited to:

   • a. The websites have content with little to no value for the user (e.g., boilerplate information, copied stories, content written by fictional authors, or outdated new stories)
   • b. The websites include composed of links or materials borrowed from other websites without meaningful discussion or curation.
   • c. The websites include composed of links or materials borrowed from other websites without meaningful discussion or curation.
   • d. The websites have lacks evidence of an active user community.
   • e. The websites appear to be primarily designed for displaying ads and / or it is parked or an undeveloped domain.
   • f. The websites functionality is to incentivize users to view ads.
   • g. The proxy sites.
   • h. Publisher Properties that have no clear attribution of ownership or operation, or where content authorship cannot be verified are not allowed on the Sevio’s Platform. Monetized Content must be available by navigating the site organically. Content created solely for targeting traffic sources is prohibited.
   • i. The websites which include any of the content listed in following Paragraphs below (without limitation) will not participate in Sevio.

   1.3 PROHIBITED CONTENT

   1.3.1. ADULT AND EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT:

   • Illegal sale, distribution, and consumption of child pornography
   • Explicit or gratuitous depiction of sextual acts, and / or display of genitals, real or animated. Examples include, but are not limited to: overtly sexual kissing, sexually suggestive text or audio, sexualized body positions, emphasis on sensitive body part or sensitive region, wearing underwear, stripping, or undressing.
   • Pornographic or highly suggestive content, text and audio or images. Examples include, but are not limited to: grinding, humping, rubbing, squeezing, pinching, spanking, or slapping of clothed sensitive regions or sensitive body parts, imitating sexual positions outside of sexual activity taking place, mimicking sexual acts, sexually explicit text, audio or term that directly describes or references specific sexual activity, body parts, or sexual products.
   • Member exclusive content and streaming of adult content through a webcam, such as stripping, nude modeling and masturbation.
   • Sexual activity, including but not limited to: penetrative sex, non – penetrative sex, and oral sex, fetish and kink activity
   • Dating and live chat – the promotion, selling, solicitation, or facilitation of access to dating apps or services that convey, imply, portray, or encourage transactional relationships, infidelity, or sexual encounters is not allowed. Other examples include but are not limited to: international brides, exchange in terms of income or compensation including goods or services, dating focused on large age gaps, sugaring or sugar dating, or engaging in companionship, relationships, or dating in exchange for compensation or material benefits, aggregated landing pages featuring ads or promotions for other dating sites, content that is sexually suggestive in nature, such as focusing on bodies, sexual language, or innuendo.
2. SEVIO MAY ALLOW DATING APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES AND / OR LIVE CHAT APPS THAT TARGET USERS AGED 18 YEARS AND OLDER ONLY WITH SEVIO’S EXPLICIT PERMISSION TO VERIFY IF YOU COMPLY WITH OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
3. 1.3.2 ARMS, AMMUNITION, AND EXPLOSIVES
• Blades, knives, or any such sharp objects, explosives, flammables, or combustibles, including bombs and bombs – making supplies, flamethrowers, fireworks, or any other similar substances or devices, batons, nunchucks, taser guns, pepper spray, or any self – defense weaponry
• Promotion and advocacy of Sales of illegal arms, rifles, and handguns
• Instructive content on how to obtain, make, distribute, or use illegal arms
• Glamorization of illegal arms for the purpose of harm to other
• Use of illegal arms in unregulated environments
• Promotion of selling, solicitation or providing access to police or military gear and equipment: police or military uniforms, vests, handcuffs, batons, boots, or any such accessories, equipment, or supplies, products designed with police or military elements that have been specifically authorized for police or military use.
4. 1.3.3 CRIME AND HARMFUL ACTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND SOCIETY, HUMAN RIGHT VIOLATIONS
• Graphic promotion, advocacy, and depiction of willful harm and actual unlawful criminal activity – explicit violations / demeaning offenses of Human Rights (e.g. human trafficking, slavery, self – harm, animal cruelty etc.)
• Harassment or bullying of individuals and groups
5. 1.3.4 DEATH, INJURY OR MILITARY CONFLICT
• Promotion or advocacy of Death or Injury
• Murder or Willful bodily harm to others
• Graphic depictions of willful harm to others
• Incendiary content provoking, enticing, or evoking military aggression
• Live action footage / photos of military actions and genocide or other war crimes
6. 1.3.5. ONLINE PIRACY
• Pirating, Copyright infringement, and Counterfeiting
7. 1.3.6. HATE SPEECH AND ACTS OF AGGRESSION
• Unlawful acts of aggression, behavior or content that incites hatred, promotes violence, vilifies, or dehumanizes groups or individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability, nationality, religion, caste, victims and survivors of violent acts and their kin, immigration status, or serious disease sufferers.
8. 1.3.7. OBSCENITY AND PROFANITY, INCLUDING LANGUAGE, GESTURES, AND EXPLICITY, GRAPHIC OR REPULSIVE CONTENT INTENDED TO SHOCK AND DISGUST, VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES
• Excessive use of profane language or gestures and other repulsive actions that shock, offend or insult
• Bloody or gruesome imagery or graphic images that are likely to shock or scare users, such as a crime scene, images of accidents, or a horrific or bloody scene
• Imagery that may cause an uncomfortable user experience such as visuals of sexual fluids, human, or animal waste, or visuals that show dirt coming out of pores of the face, or hair being pulled out drainage
• The display of crime, excessive violence, cruelty, or gratuitous violence towards animals, such as real fighting with bloody scenes, or animal cruelty, such as cock fighting or dog fighting
• Content that may incite fear or panic, which may cause harm to users
• The depiction or promotion of phrases such as you are in danger, virus detected, remove it now, etc
• Dangerous or harmful behaviors: promotion of extreme parkour, defined as involving significant height or risk, potentially inappropriate use of dangerous tools, vehicles, or objects, ingesting substances that are not meant for consumption or could lead to severe harm
• Games, dares, or stunts that might lead to injury
• Behavior that can be easily copied and which may lead to physical harm to an individual or to the public
• Encouragement of users to engage in potentially harmful behavior.
9. 1.3.8. ILLEGAL DRUGS, TOBACCO, AND NICOTINE – RELATED PRODUCTS, ALCOHOL
• Promotion or sale of illegal drug use – including abuse of prescription drugs, controlled drugs, recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, accessories, supplies, or their use.
• Promotion and advocacy or unauthorized drugstores, pharmacies, or supplies
• Depiction of drug use, drug abuse, or prescription drug abuse, depiction of drug – related words, symbols, or images in visuals, audio, or any other form
• Promotion and advocacy of Tobacco, Nicotine or related products: cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens or vape oils and cartridges, or any other alternative to smoking or consumption of tobacco and nicotine.
• Promotions and advocacy of smoking paraphernalia, such as smoking pipes, rolling papers, filters, vaporizers, nicotine pouches, or any other device, equipment, smoking simulants.
• Promotion and advocacy of promoting site, venue, or facility for smoking or consumption of tobacco and nicotine, including cigar bars, hookah lounges, or any other setting for similar purposes.
• Alcohol use to minors

• Promotion and advocacy of graphic terrorist activity involving defamation, physical and / or emotional harm of individuals, communities, and society

• Promoting illicit or harmful activity, including sites that provide ‘how to’ information on bomb making, lock – picking, and similar topics
• Defamatory or libelous content
• Distribution of viruses and / or malware
13. 1.4. RESTRICTED CATEGORIES
• Adult humor
• Online gambling, including fantasy sports and / or daily fantasy sports under some state laws
• Suggestive content
• Medical or health – related information, advice, or services
• Sexual health or history
• Significant user – generated content, adequately and proactively moderated
• Sale of alcohol and / or sale of prescription drugs
• Cannabis related content
