We are looking for an expert IT Support Technician with a good understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to our team.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate.
  • Proficiency with macOS and Windows, Linux.
  • 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Unify Network Solutions.
  • Experience in designing networks.
  • Microsoft Office Cloud Solutions.
  • Driver license B category.

Job description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues. You will interact with colleagues from various departments, to understand their technical problems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users to connect to company systems, network, or VPN, and configure workstations.
  • Set up accounts, configure the hardware for new hires, both local and remote.
  • Set up Access Cards.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to computer and network connectivity.
  • Teach people how to use new software, face-to-face and online.
